Introducing one of the first items in one of two new pattern collections for 2024 (so far) - Seascape. 

For the first time Holchester Designs has gone underwater! Inspired by a visit with my family to Bristol Aquarium last summer, and some my own favourite childhood memories of visiting the Great Barrier Reef, this pattern celebrates the magnificently vibrant colours and shapes of nature under the water. 

There’s 50 identical sheets of recycled paper in per pad, and each page has a bold edge with a few glimpses of fish and coral, some of whom come out to see you (only in 2D though).   Although it’s patterned there’s a decent sized semi-opaque panel in the middle, meaning you can both see the pattern underneath AND see whatever it is you’re writing (very important when that's why you're using it!).

Of course paper quality is key, as with all our products, so the recycled paper is a lovely smooth 100gsm and will even stand up to inky fountain pens or highlighters, so it’s great for next to your keyboard for quick notes at work, in the kitchen for your shopping lists, or even just by your housekeys for those emergency notes you might need to leave. 

Due to it’s size it is, however, also compact and convenient for fitting side of your laptop case or in the bottom of your handbag just in case.

The notepad comes with a belly band around it to keep the pages together, and with a Holchester Designs stamp on the reverse of the card.
