Possibly the hardest-working stationery items around the country (*although I have nothing to confirm that), the A5 notepad is a staple of any stationery collection - great for meeting notes it’s also perfectly sized for keeping by a phone, on the kitchen bench for shopping lists or just for around the house leaving notes for whoever needs them. 

The artwork has been inspired by that magical feeling of being in a flower field surrounded by thousands of multicoloured petals.  The sort where when there's a breeze it feels like an exciting natural energy flowing through the stems (rather than bringing impending rain).  But also by the wonderful busy yet methodical, nature inspired patterns from the Arts & Crafts and Art Nouveau movements, where there's lots to see and an intensity of colour but it isn't overwhelming.

This recycled paper notepad is intended to add a pop of colour and air of elegance to what’s on the page, be it a to-do list or phone message, with a practically sized central panel for all your notes.   

The paper itself is recycled, and at 100gsm it is both lovely and smooth and robust enough to deal with highlighters and the inkiest of pens.  There’s 50 sheets per pad, and they’re glued along the top edge making them easy to tear-off sheets without damaging the ones underneath.  The notepad is backed by thick recycled card, so it’ll cope fine on a kitchen bench or tucked in a paper tray or letter holder, and it’s been printed here in the UK by a specialised eco-conscious printers who also uses vegetable oil based inks and conscientiously sources their paper stocks. Finally, this notepad will come to you wrapped in a recycled paper belly band, which is also fully recyclable.
