The perfect little gift set for a letterbox gift, stationery-loving colleague, to say thanks to a teacher or even to put in for an office secret santa.  This set combines the two most popular notepad sizes - A5 and a List pad - and combined together is an elegant and unique stationery gift set. 

The Brighton Birds pattern is a chinoiserie-style pattern, new for 2023, and inspired by trips to the Royal Pavillion in Brighton where I used to go on art trips when at school.  I can still remember just how in awe of all the colours and patterns being used on it’s interiors and once I started drawing these birds I knew there was only one direction in which to develop this pattern. All the motifs are originally hand-drawn and painted, before being digitised and tweaked in scale to create a more complex repeat pattern I’ve then used across the collection. 

This set includes on A5 notepad, and one List pad, both of which are on 100gsm recycled paper and printed with vegetable oil based inks.  Each pad has 50 sheets, and are glued together along the narrower top edge, although they’re very easy to tear off as you need to. Both pads have a ever-so-slightly transparent central panel so you can still see the pattern underneath, but only faintly so anything you write is also easy to read.  

Each notepad is individually wrapped in biodegradable cellophane, so can be disposed of in household rubbish and will easily decompose without causing harm, and they’ll then be bound together with a paper belly band.  Alternatively I can gift wrap them, include a handwritten note, and post directly to the recipient - which these happen to be perfect for as they easily fit within a letterbox friendly box.
