that used just the sort of coil I wanted - to help me bring this to life. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis is very much a notebook to be used everyday, but which makes you feel extra special when you use it.  The hardback cover gives it some rigidity, meaning you can prop it open and the spiral binding means you can fold the cover all the way back and easily turn the notebook round whichever you need it.
